Tammy Schmieden brings a MS degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin and over 20 years of business and Human Resource experience in a variety of field, division and corporate settings.

Tammy has provided business and complete Human Resource direction to a variety of functional areas in a number of organizations.  Her experience includes Manufacturing (union and non union), Sales, Customer Service, Financial, Distribution, Marketing, Service, Retail  and Information Systems organizations.

She has worked with all levels of employees in a variety of business situations including restructurings, integrations, downsizings and business launches.
